Modernizing Community Health Pharmacy Operations

Introducing Mediflow A digital initiative to ensure medicine availability and reduce wastage in Baguio Health Services Offices

Our Study

Development of a Computer-Based Inventory Management System for Medicines in the Baguio City Health Services Office

The Challenge

Currently, the Baguio City HSO relies on manual tracking for hundreds of medicine types. This leads to difficulties in predicting stockouts, tracking expiration dates efficiently, and generating real-time reports for stakeholders.

The Solution

This study aims to develop and implement a centralized, computer-based system. MediFlow designed to streamline inventory processes, ensure data accuracy, and ultimately improve health service delivery to the community through better resource management.
